Are they real roses?

Our roses are 100% natural and are hand-selected with the utmost care at the peak of their bloom.
They then undergo an advanced preservation process that preserves their refined beauty, soft texture and vibrant colors for up to a year or longer.
Thanks to this exclusive treatment, they do not require water and require minimal care, so you can enjoy their timeless elegance for a long time.

How do they maintain their beauty for up to a year?

Our roses are grown under optimal conditions that ensure deep, rich colours and lavish blossoms.
Thanks to an innovative preservation process, in which natural moisture is carefully replaced with an exclusive formula, they retain their soft texture, intense vibrancy and timeless beauty for at least a year.

Do the roses have a scent?

Our preserved roses retain their subtle, natural fragrance for approximately three months.
However, thanks to the exclusive preservation process, their enchanting appearance remains untouched for at least a year or longer, while the fragrance elegantly fades gradually.

How do I care for my arrangement so that it stays beautiful for up to a year?

Our preserved roses require minimal care to maintain their beauty. To ensure they last a year or longer, we recommend the following:
  • Store them in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Avoid touching the petals frequently to prevent transfer of oils.
  • Do not water and avoid exposure to moisture.
  • Store the roses in their original box or display them in an open place, away from closed areas with excess heat.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the return policy?

Due to the fragile and exclusive nature of our preserved roses, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

GIFTS

Can I send a gift anonymously?

Yes, upon request we can arrange for gifts to be sent anonymously or for the sender's details to be masked.
If you prefer to send a gift without revealing your identity, please let us know at checkout or contact us directly.
We will handle your request with the utmost discretion.

DISPATCH

Is it possible to pick up my box at your location?

Absolutely! It's important to place your order in advance so everything is ready and you can pick up the box right away. Don't forget to bring your pickup receipt!

What happens if no one is home to receive the package?

In that case, the box will first be delivered to your neighbors. If they're successful, you'll receive a note in your mailbox with that information. If your neighbors aren't home or refuse to accept the package, the box will be taken to a nearby collection point, where you can pick it up later.
